I’m a fun creative abstract artist who is addicted to colour! I love to incorporate colour into my own style wherever possible, usually with a bold nail varnish or a flash of red lipstick. (Mac Ruby Woo being my favourite.)
I live and work in the creative city of Bristol, aiming to bring more colour and happiness into your everyday. My work is an explosion of energy inspired mainly by the colours themselves guiding me to where I should place my next paintbrush mark.
I work in the acrylic medium, applying the paint onto the canvas with a mixture of brushes, sponges and often my own hands. I like the vibrancy the acrylics have whilst also being fast drying so I have to work quickly which appeals to me. This helps me gain lots of movement on the canvas by having to work quickly.
As well as the colours inspiring me, I am also inspired by what I see in the world around me. I am lucky to live near the amazing coastlines of the southwest which plays a huge role in the inspiration for my work too, taking in the visual delights of a new place and translating it onto the canvas.
